How to deal with some symptoms of the second trimester, as well as make the most of this time
I was gone for a while. Some three weeks (give or take a few days), right about how old Zrin is. I started writing this post with an apology for being inactive, and the promise of how I’ll put in more effort and write more often. I caught myself thinking how ridiculous it is to be apologizing for something that’s completely logical and normal.
2018 was a year both crazy and unforgettable in many ways. I’ll remember it by the amazing concerts we’ve seen, great trips we’ve taken with great people, a new job, starting my blog, new lifestyle changes, meeting new wonderful people and creating memories with the “old” ones. Some people have left our lives, some have seamlessly snuck into our hearts. But nothing will mark this year as much as that moment, on the 15th of May,when I saw that little plus sign on that fateful pregnancy test.
If someone were to ask me what period of my pregnancy was the hardest, it wouldn’t take me longer than a second to blurt out “that damn first trimester”. These are my experiences and some advice that helped me get through, and maybe will help you too
